Mail-in ECU shipping
After submitting the intake and $150 diagnostic payment, pack the ECU carefully and include your contact and vehicle details inside the box.
Before shipping
Moisture, static, bent pins, crushed plugs and loose packaging can make diagnosis harder. Use enough padding that the ECU cannot move inside the box.
Choose the vehicle brand, service, symptoms and preferred contact method. Pay the $150 diagnostic checkout before sending the ECU.
Wrap the ECU in an anti-static bag if available, then use bubble wrap or foam on every side. Keep moisture away from the connectors and case.
Put your name, phone, email, vehicle year/make/model, symptoms, codes and order confirmation inside the box.
Use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance if desired. The customer pays shipping to the shop.
Most diagnostic reviews begin 1-3 business days after the ECU arrives, depending on the queue and module condition.
The final repair, cloning or programming invoice is sent after inspection. Return shipping is billed separately.
Do not send loose screws, brackets, unrelated parts, wet packaging, or a module without customer details. If the ECU is wet or corroded, note that on the intake form and keep the packaging dry for shipping.
For ECU cloning or replacement setup, include both the original and replacement ECU when available. Add part numbers, donor vehicle information if known, and what happened before the replacement module was purchased.
