No-communication review
An ECU that will not communicate needs context before repair.
No communication can result from the ECU, its power or ground supply, the diagnostic connector, network wiring, a scan tool limitation or a vehicle-side fault. A complete intake keeps the module review focused on what can be confirmed.
List verified vehicle checks
Provide only checks that were actually completed: relevant ECU power and ground results, connector condition, network findings, battery events and recent wiring work. This distinguishes observed evidence from a suspected module failure.
What the module review evaluates
The review evaluates the received ECU's condition and applicable communication behavior. It may support repair testing, but it does not replace diagnosis of vehicle wiring, network faults or a damaged connector outside the module.

After inspection, ECU REPAIR explains whether the result supports repair evaluation, testing only, a replacement-module review or continued vehicle diagnosis. Final service is quoted only after that finding is documented.
